I got to see the Allman Brothers live a couple of years ago at a music festival near my hometown...wow. I love their music, and this song, along with Soulshine, were amazing live.

Man. This song is just about the best rock and roll blues tune ever. This is Americas answer to Led Zeppelins rock/blues. The lead guitar and vocals at the end of this tune says it all. How someone could listen and not close their eyes and feel what this guy is trying to say is beyond me. One of the great classics of all time.
