Davey talks about the ghost that haunts the balcony and the alleged underground tunnels beneath the venue. All true ghost stories around here and have been around for decades. Davey attends the phoenix regularly and a few years ago I saw him there just listening to music like everyone else. Truly inspiring that he still himself and fame hasn't gone to his head.
