------ About the song Nymphetamine (fix) performed by Cradle Of Filth
Dude, chill out. Don't get aggro over other people's taste in music. If you don't like what other people listen to, good for you, but don't insult other people because you disagree. It shows a serious lack of maturity on your part. Fine, you can say you dislike them, that's what comments are about after all, but going on a tirade like a lunatic is rather pointless. And the only 'embarrasing' thing is that you even posted your 'comment'.

------ About the song Gabrielle performed by Cradle Of Filth
I have a ten year old sister named Gabrielle, now without really looking at the cd I bought it and through it into the dvd player. As my younger sister whom looks up to me crawled down the stairs to my room all she heard was Dani Filth scream her name, we were both shocked but we both love the song. His voice truelly sooths me. I have to say its in my top 5 favorite songs of theirs.
This song is relatively short, but it is fucking awesome. I wish it were longer, for the sound is perfect. It has been said, by me, that this song is so good that I wouldn't mind being raped to it. Good thing, in that scenario, that it is short, I suppose.

------ About the song Hallowed Be Thy Name performed by Cradle Of Filth
I agree with the original poster. Improving what already exists is not as difficult as creating it. I personally like both versions. It should also be seen that the difference is also a result of vin changes in technology when iron maiden made it and when cradle did. This is illustrated clearly in maiden's rock in rio version. It was better than the live after death version.

------ About the song Nymphetamine (fix) performed by Cradle Of Filth
What the fuck are these people talking about? I mean, seriously, in ANY of their songs? Ok, so I read one of the previous reviews hailing this a genius ballad saying that this is about a physical and mental addiction to drugs, and I'll go as far as to say that it's probably about anything that you enslave yourself to, but really, why don't they just say that? Like, why hide behind all these Lord of the Rings, Dungeons and Dragons, Fairy Tale stories and why not just say exactly what the fuck you're talking about? ... Of course, I'm just setting myself up for failure, because I'm probably talking to a fan club that is made up of 95% Lord of the Rings, Dungeons and Dragons, and Scientology followers, with the other five percent having committed suicide because CoF told them to, but I mean, honestly, why the hell is this band considered in any way "Good"? There's about forty-seven thousand other metal bands who play forty-seven thousand times better than these delusional morons who think dressing like The Crow is bad ass. Well guess what. It's not. And just because Diablo 2 may seem really logical (and at points even seem real) when you're on 7 tabs of acid and speed-balling with your harpoon still half in your jugular, I hate to break it to you, it's not. Please, for the sake of further embarrassing everyone else on the planet who cares at all about metal as a whole, re-evaluate your opinion. Oh! And actually get an ear for music. That might help to. Because as of now, all of you are really fucking embarrassing.
I have been listning to cradle of filth for several years now.ihave studied his writting style up and down to get a better grasp on the english language to incorporate into my own writting.when I tell people about dani filth I tell them that shakesphere has absolutely nothing on this soul, being ,individual,thing;.... Whatever the fuck he is!!He makes you think that he knows god and satan personally.he is simply mesmerizing.I love every album they have ever made, but cruelty and the beast is an absolute masterpiece.for any non-fan of cradle of filth I reccomend starting with benighted like usher which is track eight on the cruelty and the beast album.I also advise that you never listen to a new song by them without having the lyrics right there in front of you. Once you listen to this song there is no going back.you will be on spiraling, descending staircase that only gets darker and never ends. --felonoftroy13

These lyrics are so much better than the crap you get on R&B and shit like that, at least this is about something deeper than girls and money and has meaning and emotion. I have listened to other stuff and the lyrics are too simple and about greed, this is just plain amazing.

------ About the song Nymphetamine (fix) performed by Cradle Of Filth
i think the dude who wrote about twilight meant, about the addiction of edward towards bella, and vice versa, no matter how bad they were for each other...
its weird... the books/movie are pretty gay, but, i can see a slight connection- with what most people here are saying...
The song has a deep graceful poetic structure... the screams added more depth and clandestine towards the song... this is truly a good song that anybody with a poetic interest and who like things with screaming should take notes and listen to the awesomeness of this song.

idk how can not love this song, or all c.o.f.'s music, or metal for that matter, if you bother to post shit negative about dani and his band on this page or any good bands, gtfo please cause your just doing it to openly disagree with people and im the type to act out these songs, so, fuck with cradle of filth and ill slit your throat and rape the hole bitch
Still prefer Principle of Evil Made Flesh, love this album too but their first album is one of the best in Black Metal history... Their newer stuff is very awesome too I love the symphonics.. Cool song but the music video ruined it..
legends are always legends | Reviewer: Ajay
------ About the song Hallowed Be Thy Name performed by Cradle Of Filth
i understand the COF version is amazingly fast and hard in comparison to the iron maiden's version..but one must realize composing a music such as this is far more difficult than just improving it. i am sure that says it all..after all legends like Iron maiden can never be and shouldn't be matched with songs which are just an improvisation of what was already created..true rock music critiques would realize that.
Hmmm | Reviewer: Isaac Cox
------ About the song Gilded Cunt performed by Cradle Of Filth
One day a drug dealer went down sesame street and sold some very bad gear to Cookie Monster. Cookie Monster then went completely off his head and ran riot in Dawson's music store, screaming that the girl on the till was a c*nt and randomly knocking seven bells of crap out of the demo drums and guitars. The resulting cacophany of angst ridden pseudo-poetic noise was Cradle of Filth.

------ About the song Lovesick For Mina performed by Cradle Of Filth
I absolutely love this song! It's incredibly romantic and a beautiful song by Cradle of Filth, a band so awesome that I can never pick out which of their songs is precisely my favorite. Anyway, I like this song because it gives you a different lens with which to view the old Dracula story. Now I feel bad that he got decapitated and had his head stuffed with garlic...
this song if you are a drug addict you will understand. because i do, the part of need, the part of dying the part of wanting to push it away but you cant...and at the end...you end up dead like now...
Swansong For a Raven | Reviewer: Evanescent Soul
------ About the song Swansong For A Raven performed by Cradle Of Filth
An absolutely amazing song. It is personally my favorite out of all of COF's songs. Most definitely a continuation of Her Ghost in the Fog, continuing right from the end of it. Those who have not listened to it, go now!

religion keeps the order hereon earth
look at history and what the antichrists did to the earth-namely hitler, mussolini, stalin, mao zedong, the khmer rouge. its because simply they did not tried to make the earth a better place.
making this earth better is a hard task. but we have to live on we have to prove that we are better than the animals that we are different from'em

------ About the song Nymphetamine (fix) performed by Cradle Of Filth
even tough they use vampyric in the lyrics i don't think this is a song about vampires. it is comparing the need for their interactions like that of a vampire's need for blood. it is like that of a creature of darkness and the need for sexual(and every other emotion that comes along with sex) interaction with this one person that makes it feel "alive".

------ About artist/band Cradle Of Filth
im a muslim buh i just love cradle of filth i mean cumon guys u dnt have to go so deep into the theams of every song, thats not what metal lovers do. v just admire the darkness of the lyrics and the dominating music that doesnt change hu v worship
COF always amazes me with their songs, but this one is my fav. It is very amazing how they can write one song (Her Ghost In The Fog) and make a sequel out of it without missing the storyline at all.
