Fishman had a band, though their friends knew they were good in the garage, the could not find a place to play...astighik wanted to produce an album for Fishman...withercheckovny'y said i'd only put out if i was a writer on it, so he jotted down a loungy judgement statement followed by an a minor disco jam. The deal was set, if they could find a gig, so withercheckovny'y and Astighik walked down the the school and set up a show aroung the colledge afternoon luch and pitcher of beer seen.

"like a three pointer" it included a judgement statement about perception or yourself and others, and interaction with basic human dignity in the loungy part...then social interaction in the bouncing part.

these were of the original lyrics, while withercheckovny'y was playing with PJ harvey, morphine and primus as well as Carnival Acrobat hockey...and astighik was a princess of Lebenon, and a top fedral lawyer Judge.
