Yes I Am Lyrics - Radiohead

Review The Song (1)

I resent you calling
I resent your voice
I resent that I don't have a choice

Anywhere I go
You are always there
Outside the car
Or in my hair

I think I've been here before
Yes I've been here before
The last time you locked
All the doors

And I resent you calling
I resent your voice
I resent that I don't have a choice

And yes I am wary
Yes I am..

I think I've told you once
I think I needed advice
You were such a help
That's very nice

I think I've been here before
Yes I've been here before
But this time I kick
Down your door

And yes I am wary
Yes I am wary

This one about friends who don't act like friends should. You'd rather avoid them but unfortunately don't have a wide range of choice. We all have them and what hurts is that you want them to be true friends but can't force them to. Thom referred to the friendship issue on The Bends "Who are all your friends? Have they all got the bends..." He said in interviews that they would know their true friends by seeing who came to their shows in the early days.
