One of my best buddies has been my friend since childhood and we're still very close in our late 20's. Obviously over the course of time, we got to know each other's families and spent a lot of time at both houses sort of being raised together by each set of parents. A couple of years ago his mother passed away on his wedding day (I know right - tragic - I assure you I would never make something like that up). I listened to this song over and over after I heard the news and even on my way home from the funeral services. Every time I play it now I think of her and how great she was. I miss her and this song helps. Thanks Xavier, your music does much more than entertain.
