I think this song hits hard for the diehard Foo fans like myself. It sort of portrays a bit on confusion at the status of the band from here on forth. While we think they're just bluffing, we need to know that there are other things they want to go on to make.
The hiatus is healthy for the band in their relationship, but there's a huge hole in our world for it though and this song is saying 'Sorry, don't worry, we'll be back'.
At least that's how I hear it.
