With complex, layered, melodic & powerful music accompanying Maynard's harmonious and animalistic voice, belting out thought-provoking, often personally-significant & deeply meaningful lyrics, this band is the class of not just metal, but all modern day music makers. I'd love to spend a day w/ MJK, just debating and discussing life, society and recreation. If you're even remotely into rock & don't like TOOL, you have to be either ignorant, unintelligent or incapable of understanding what they're putting out there. It's on another level. I know the feeling | Reviewer: tan sallee | 2/27/2007 As im sure all hardcore tool fans know by now that this song is about Maynards mother judith passing away. I beleive that the feeling of this song is heart wrenching and ultimately a sweet ode to his mother. The music fits perfectly and depending on how you look at it it can be one of the darkest or happiest tracks of the album.
