This is the most amazing piece of music ever. That sax solo makes me want to shout in delight. So sensual, so perfect. I heard a Duo (Sax n Axe)play this in the local pub the other night and the woman sax player just belted it out. I made me tingle and almost cry! So good, so good.

Always have loved this, the lyrics seem simple, but are deceptive and well honed. Its about the excitement, nerves, uncertainty and hope we all feel in the early stages of a relationship. I had never really thought about it before, but the long almost orgasmic sax solo at the end surely means that whoever he was, he did stay rather than politely saying goodnight.

I've always loved this song, especially the instrumental section. Never been a great Hazel O'Connor fan but this track's a classic It's not until recently that I've fully appreciated the lyrics: being with someone and yet not with them. It's not sad or happy...it's possibilities; uncertainty; hope; resilience and resoluteness.
