Oasis Where Did It All Go Wrong? Lyrics

Last updated: 06/19/2012 06:34:27 AM

You know that feeling you get, you feel you're older than time
You ain't exactly sure if you've been away a while

Do you keep the reciepts for the friends that you buy?
And ain't it bittersweet you were only just getting by

But I hope you know that it won't let go
It sticks around with you until the day you die
And I hope you know that it's touch and go
I hope the tears don't stain the world that waits outside
Where did it all go wrong?

And until you've repaid the dreams you've bought for your lies
You'll be cast away alone under stormy skies
Alone under stormy skies

But I hope you know that it won't let go
It sticks around with you until the day you die
And I hope you know that it's touch and go
I hope the tears don't stain the world that waits outside
Where did it all go wrong?

But I hope you know that it won't let go
It sticks around with you until the day you die
And I hope you know that it's touch and go
I hope the tears don't stain the world that waits outside

And I hope you know that it won't let go
It sticks around with you until the day you die
And I hope you know that it's touch and go
I hope the tears don't stain the world that waits outside
Where did it all go wrong?

Where Did It All Go Wrong? Song Review | Reviewer: Cam | 8/20/11

This song is everything there has to be with epic chorus lines and verses. The lyrics stay true, and it's the best track off of Standing On the Shoulders of Giants. I give this song 7.8 out of 10. Could be better though, with other tracks like "The Importance of Being Idle", "Falling Down", "(Get Off Your) High Horse Lady", "Waiting for the Rapture" and "Sunday Morning Call", this song sung by Noel sticks right in the middle of the rest of his Epic (Yes, that's right, capital "E") songs.

Fans of Noel Gallagher who haven't really been up to date with what he's up to, keep a look out for his new solo album that is schedueled to hit stores this October of 2011.
