WANDA is both and her shows are energy packed. On one tour
in France she was billed as "HURRICANE WANDA" and she did
not disappoint them. The JAPANESE PEOPLE took a super

Reviews about Wanda Jackson songs

Very Spiritually Uplifting | Reviewer: effiong
------ About the song Learning To Lean performed by Wanda Jackson

I found the version by The Blackwood Brothers to be extremely spiritually uplifting. You can listen to it before your morning devotion or at work when under stress; or whenever you just feel set upon by the rigors of life. It infuses in you a mountain of confidence knowing that not only are you leaning on a rock that cannot be moved but upon which when you stand is higher than all the waves crashing at your feet.

A Big Thanks | Reviewer: Fred Kho
------ About the song Jesus Is The Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me performed by Wanda Jackson

I have been searching for this song for awhile. Although I have the version by Gladys Knght, I had lost the 'revised' cover and forgotten who sang it. Thank you heaps to Audrey B for supplying the lyrics and thus the artist. Now I will see if I can track the CD by Wanda Jackson!

May 2008 be great for all

Wanda-There's a party goin' on | Reviewer: George Gero
------ About the song There's A Party Goin' On performed by Wanda Jackson

throwin' a party down the road a piece, is the only way that I can remember this number. East doesn't mean athing to country people, but where is the location? Down the road a piece, you bet you. That is whyforeign translations can sound humorous to the native speaker. Wo and wohin give a slightly different meaning.Reckon? Good luck, George Gero
