Okay, this is a change for me because I'm more into the headbanging stuff, but the second I heard this song I knew it was special. John Mayer didn't disappoint either! What an amazing, well written, well played song that talks about a painful but true reality about the world today. Kudos to John Mayer!!

this song just tells me that no matter how long you wait this world will never have peace one hate will build another and that wwill build more so it eventually becomes a chain of hatred that spreads to a war..... as long astheres peace the world will keep suffering... because peace makes pain which makes hate then war..... these presidents of the us were all pieces of shit even aberham lincoln every single one i mean look where we are now waiting on the world to change wont do anything......forget all emotions and feelings and then you can change the world yourself

I think my friends and I (and a lot of young people) are just like the song's speaker. We complain about America and the world and our lives more than we should. We're somewhat motivated to fix these problems, but we just keep on making excuses for why we can't save the world: we're too young, too poor, too busy, too insignificant. We're waiting for someone else to change the world for us, which will never happen.

John is a kind of a guy that put an interrogation in life, I guess his songs tell much more about life then about selling media, in our days when the radio in anytime of day just says "my butt is bigger then yours" John come and say: "Just wait there's more to be listen"...I love this and the other songs...just perfect!
