it's "There's an evil virus that's a threat to ALL OF mankind."
I listened to the song closely and turned up the volume and I SWEAR I heard that.

it ACTUALLY does say "there's an evil virus that's threatening mankind"
Threatening all mankind doesnt fit in at all, if you listen to it, it wouldnt work or fit in the time he sings it.
