Victim Of Changes Lyrics - Judas Priest
Review The Song (4)
[Downing - Halford - Tipton - Atkins]
Whiskey woman don't you know that you are drivin' me insane
The liquor you give stems your will to live and gets right to my brain
Don't you know you're driving me insane
You're tryin' to find your way through life
You're tryin' to get some new direction
Another woman got her man
She won't find no new connection
Takes another drink or two, things look better when she's through
Takes another look around, you're not goin' anywhere
You've realized you're gettin' old and no one seems to care
You're tryin' to find your way again
You're tryin' to find some new...
Another woman's got her man
But she won't find a new...
Takes another drink or two, things look better when she's through
You 'bin foolin' with some hot guy
I want to know why is it why
Get up get out you know you really blew it
I've had enough, I've had enough, good God pluck me
[SOLO (K.K./Glenn)]
Once she was wonderful
Once she was fine
Once she was beautiful
Once she was mine...she was mine
Now change has come over her body, she doesn't see me anymore
Now change has come over her body, she doesn't see me anymore
Changes, changes, changes, changes
Victim of changes
[SOLO (K.K./both)]

The best! | Reviewer: Shahir | 6/17/12
This is my favourite Judas Priest song! I never, ever get tired of it. The Sad Wings of Destiny album version is good, but I suggest you hear the Unleashed in the East (1979) version - they always sound better live, and that is their best performance of this song EVER! Pure classic screaming heavy metal! |,,/ >_,< |,,/
My top 5 judas priest songs | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/29/10
IN my opinion, this song is about a man who finds his wife cheating on him with a younger man. He then falls into a deep state of melancholy reminscing about the wonderful times they had together, and thinking how much time changed the whole situation.
A Metal Classic!!! | Reviewer: Bluenose | 2/18/10
This has to be one of my favourite Priest songs... a real rock classic. Awesome riff running through - change of tempo and mood mid way, great cameo solos from KK and Glen, creative lyrics sung masterfully by Rob who shows the full range of his vocal prowess. The final screamed "Victim of Changes" sends a chill through the spine!! The first track on the "Sad Wings of Destiny" album which(in my opinion) is one of the all time classic metal albums which really got Judas Priest the recognition they deserved. If you haven't heard this track... or the album... get it downloaded now! Sit back... set the bass to max, pump up da volume and enjoy an awesome rock experience!!
RAWR! | Reviewer: Dan | 8/22/07
Mmm... Amazing song. It's incredibly hard to sing, very frustrating since Rob Halford has a range of over 4 octaves... Great riff, good solos, amazing singing. Top song.
