Pretty good | Reviewer: Some guy | 10/9/09 The line "Destruction by decision" kind of gives the wrong impression of what the song is about. Odysseus had to go in between the two monsters while Scylla grabbed his men and shit and Charybdis was like shhhsshhhwwwwwooooo and swallowed everything. That line and the whole idea of being "torn" between the two makes it seem like Odysseus had to choose to face one or the other. Other than that I think the lyrics are really good and capture the mood of the Odyssey pretty well, how he wanted to see his wife after 20 years and shit but had to think about the dangers of the journey and shit. However, most Trivium fans probably wouldn't have a clue about epic poetry so I'm wasting my time lol. Which is sad, cause these lyrics capture ideas in the Odyssey really well.
