What dreams splendidly weaved from an atom bomb
retrieved from a teleprompt.
Practical, you are not,
'cause you break the ice with a cotton swab.
A fever can cool us off, a handshake is a contact sport.

No one was waiting to throw out the pilot.
We'll float on the back of the winds that you send us.

Another tomorrow, shedding the shade we made yesterday.
Disguised as the lightning, dissolving all of the thunder, then -
Appeasing our monsters under the acrylic skies.
Another tomorrow..

so fly, and grab my hand here comes the crash
I live for the strong impact that renders both our airbags.
Seven folds take very letter you send, don't fold if you're made to bend, rekindle the feud again.

You recognise your next door naighbers name...

String up your harp, play like today will last five minutes.
This wont take long, sing us a song to stop the sirens.
Sing us a song to stop the silence.

Review about The Walls Of Jericho

Walls of Jericho / WTC | Reviewer: quincymedex | 6/29/2008
Supposedly, the song "Walls of Jericho," is about September 11th and the WTC. I definitely thing that FTM likes to use allusion and allegory in their lyrics. After all, the WTC fell like the Walls of Jericho.

Whisper of a missing lyric | Reviewer: Eternal | 8/6/2007

Originally introduced to the band through their single, "Dance of the Manatee" I grew strongly intrested as they reminded me of System of a Down. I soon came to come close to my radio for a chance to hear the song and enventually thought that it was more than just pretty voices and a plotheroa of instruments as so many bands out there. When I finally could no longer contain my interest and bought their album I became aware that they didn't have their faces plastered on the inside in a punk/artsy manner as so many bands had in the past when I would be interested. This is all to say that I moved away from liking Dance of the Manatee (which is the first track)and came to love the 8th track: The Walls of Jericho. Within the lyrics above for all to see they didn't post the message between the chorus and the next stanza. I believe it to say, "You reconize your neighbors face" but I don't know for sure because they don't post this missing piece anywhere. What I like about this song is the harmonious singing on the parts,: Another tommorrow. It sounds so sensitive yet strong and therefore makes me think it's talking about something epic. Personally I think it is either an allusion to the bibical story of the Walls of Jericho or some sort of cultral event going on now. In the beginning I thought the song was about a show and it's staff not working well and on the edge of failing. Just really wanted to add that this song deserves a much credit as Dance of the Manatee, though their Lyrics are still mysterious in meaning and in so would prove why not many are drawn to it because the true meaning is probably really lame..I hope not. Page master please edit my comments to some sort of sense
