To me, this song is about child abuse.
The first line tells of her running away, shes just running to the river hoping that the cold icy water will wash the smell of her drunken father away. She's only 10 years old. I love this song, its so sad, i cry everytime i hear it.' Thanks for your amazing music Missy.

this is a really :'( sad song but i think its cool! me and my friends are using it for a peice of drama and sometimes i cry! :(
