Still Rocking | Reviewer: Third World Cantina------ About the song Preacher's Daughter performed by The Refreshments
For those who don't know the Refreshments may have parted ways but you can find Roger Clyne fronting Roger Clyne and The Peacemakers. (azpeacemakers.com)
They are still cranking out kick ass rock and roll music with the Southwest influence and touring as the hardest working independent rock and roll band on the planet.
Roger Clyne is a f-ing genious! | Reviewer: jewel Hill------ About the song Down Together performed by The Refreshments
Bit by bit, I have been enchanted by each and every song this man has ever written. I highly recommend all Refreshments, but especially Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers. Holy Moly, incredible, rockin', fun, sexy stuff. Check them out.
Don't wana know review | Reviewer: Justin Batte------ About the song Don't Wanna Know performed by The Refreshments
I think the refreshments where the greats of the 90's now adays they are roger clyne and the peacemakers and if you haven't checked them out you are missing out on a lot. I love going back and listening to the refreshments especially don't wana know it has a great tune to it and fits great in there style of music. Check out the peacemakers and if you ever get a chance you have to check them out in rocky point mexico they play twice a year in june and oct they play all of the old refreshments and the new stuff its a great time. RCPM #1 Fan!
The Refreshments were 15 years too late, they are 2 good for 2 day | Reviewer: Bill Zangger------ About the song Wanted performed by The Refreshments
One of the best Country Rock/Pop songs of the 90's and highly underated. Consumers today are robots, they wouldn't know good music and good old fashioned Rock N Roll if it bit them in the A**. Roger Clyne is a throwback to a fusion of Johnny Cash and Dylan.

discover the music of Roger Clyne (of The Refreshments) still being rocked live for all to enjoy! | Reviewer: Alisa in Tempe------ About the song Mekong performed by The Refreshments
For all of you Refreshments fans, be sad no more! I just heard all the Refreshments classics at the Marquee Theater in Tempe, AZ last weekend as performed by the awesome and amazing Roger Clyne and PH Naffah in their band, Roger Clyne and The Peacemakers. They played Mekong at the end of the night and everyone just sang and swayed and smiled and closed out the night of having our souls rocked to the core. Amazing! Go to www.azpeacemakers.com
Excellent Jam!!! Fresh out of Leavenworth. | Reviewer: Anonymous------ About the song Preacher's Daughter performed by The Refreshments
Here is one of the quinnesenntial songs from one of the greatest songwriters of this or any era. The song drips with western sensibility. Whether mentioning Tuscon or Leavenworth, Roger Clyne summons the spirit of the restless and gritty southwest. Please don't miss the humor either as Roger describes the story in his lyrics of a lost lust who married the sherrif who sent him to the famed Kansas all male pennitentiary. Hilarious! The guitar riff is devastating rock and roll and PH Naffah on the drums is as tight and efficient as ever. Long live Roger Clyne and may songs like this reach more and more appreciative good people. one of the best songs ever | Reviewer: Anonymous------ About the song Mekong performed by The Refreshments
(sigh) I love the refreshments. I only wish I could have seen them in concert. I didn't really get into these guys until after they had broken up, but this entire album has really stood the test of time in my eyes. My musical tastes have evolved a great deal, but when I can't decide on something newer to listen to, this album is always one of my go to's...
