Hey, just wanted to add my praise for this genius album. If you don't have it, you need it. What else is cool is that Roger Clyne (the singer/songwriter on this album) has his own band called Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers and is still making great music. I saw them in Denver last month, and he included most of this album in the setlist! Plus their current stuff rocks, too (check out "Switchblade" or "Empty Highway"). Awesome!!!

"...Just take your pill, you might feel a chill..." These guys were so unique-The perfect blend of talented instrumental work, one-of-kind writing style, and truly creative energy---From Blue Collar Suicide to Nada---It is impossible to rank the songs on this album ....I picked up the Fizzy album in college in '96...A guy in my house handed it to me and said "You need to hear this...Great-Great-Great album!" Well, he was more right than I would have imagined....This will go down as my favorite album of ALL TIME....And consider that I am a drummer, and have played since I was 11(34 now).....Played in 3 bands throughtout college and since....Know virtually every song (drums and lyrics) to EVERY hair band from the early 80's through today....And nonetheless...If I had to permanently move to somewhere in the Artic and was told that I can ONLY take 1 CD with me....It would have to be the Fuzzy album! Yes, it is safe to say that it is disappointing that The Refreshments are 'no longer' together! I only wish I could have seen them live at some point! In fact...I am about to leave work and go hop in my truck....Just guess what is in my CD player right now?....I would imagine that you might not need a hint....LOL!!!

This CD has made such an imprint in my life. I love this CD so much. I remember listening to it when I was around seven and not completely understanding the lyrics. When Brittany Spears was on the lips of all pre-teen kids, I was singing about JonLuke Bicard (Sp) and how if you give her ten dollars you could get anything that you want... Weird looks were a normal occurance for me to say the least. This CD will forever be a staple of my collection. You should definitely go pick it up, you won't be disappointed. It made me fall in love with music in the first place xD

GO BUY IT! | Reviewer: Brent

This album is, to me, beyond beleif, without doubt my favourite cd in my collection, every single song is good, not like most album these days with 2 or 3 three good songs on it, this 1 has 12 good songs. Banditos is probably the most well known song of them all, that is the song that made me buy this album. And to be really honest i`m glad i did. It is probably wat is considered soft rock, but that is wat makes it so easy listening, and the lyrics are completely understandable, which i think is quite appealling. So in short, if you are into rock music at all, BUY THIS ALBUM! you will not be disappointed.
    11 out of 10, it`s that good

Absolutely an amazing album. If it wasn't for Amy (I miss you) I would have never heard of these guys, and that was 8 yrs ago.
