Here are some FACTS: -This song is not about cannabis. -"Pot calling the kettle black" is an old saying meaning, "hypocrite". That's what the song is about for the most part; hypocrisy (mostly within the court system and government). Tool have explained this themselves in quite a few interviews (which is beside the point as it's pretty damn obvious from the lyrics anyway). This court also predetermines the verdict before the actual trial. On that note I think this is about the corrupt justice system pissing on our lives(kettle) because of their "high" positions.
