------ About the album The Doors performed by The Doors

The best album The Doors ever made and also there first. So it's unpossible that the album is from 1982. Jim Morisson was already dead at that time. The album was released in Januari 1967. Jim Morisson, Ray Manzarek, Robbie Krieger and John Densmore; thanks.

------ About the album Absolutely Live performed by The Doors

I have lisetened to this album for 39 years now and it still captures and enlightens me. There will be no band close to the Doors, Jim Morrison will live on forever in not only my heart but also my children, as they too have been raised on this album. Long live the Lizard King.

The Doors Strange Days | Reviewer: Arun
------ About the album An American Prayer performed by The Doors

Strange were the days when Jim Morrison was the most charismatic rockstar dancing like a mad man on the stage. His lyrically capabilities knew no bound and the musical capabilities of the band that made the lyrics presentable was divine. Strange days is one of those albums like all other Doors ones to keep ringing in your ear not because it is repetitive but because you want to get more from it and you just can't stop listening to it. "People are strange. When you're a stranger", he sang with a voice that had clairvoyance in its every timbre. The theme just hits you right in your forehead with a sledge hammer and keeps you stoned for the duration of 40 minutes. Like a weed it grows into you without your notice till you find yourself completely lost into another dimension. Right now Im stoned and can't type more. But you get the point.

------ About the album 13 performed by The Doors

This is without question, the BEST Doors compilation ever put to vinyl! The Lp is a roadmap to their most memorable tracks. Make your own CD using these songs (in this order!) and I think you will agree with me!

Great Album | Reviewer: zeppelin fan
------ About the album The Doors performed by The Doors

The Doors, The Doors' self titled debut, shows a level that The Doors would never reach again.Break On Through, Light My Fire and The End are the classic songs, but the album has an extremely wide range, from hard rock with Twentieth Century Fox and Soul Kitchen to the odd fantasy and mystery of The Crystal Ship. The lean, spidery guitar and hypnotic organ provide the perfect backdrop for Jim Morrison's voice. An amazing album.
