to me the song is about this guy stuck in a relationship and all of her problems just keeps pusshing him back like your tears dont fall they crash around me
her tears dont fall alone she keeps pushing them and the problem on me, but thats just my oppinion and thats what great about bfmv every one cann feel something out of their songs

Reading the lyrics here I find how simply yet cleverly BFMV put in the "turn" for their song.
"Her conscience calls the guilty to come home--better." After walking the wrong path, and suffering through her pain, his trial through crashing tears ends in, perhaps, a better path.

It is more than likely NOT about some dude killing his gf weirdo. lol

"With blood shot eyes I watch you sleeping
The warmth I feel beside me is slowly fading
Would she hear me if I calls her name?
Would she hold me if she knew my shame?"

Obviously he has a secret he hasn't told her. I think the third line is basically because it rhymes. Or maybe he is saying because they warmth they felt (the closeness due to personal connection) has been dying, and he feels that he can't connect with her. The shame may indicate that he has cheated or betrayed her on some level.

"There's always something different going wrong
The path I walk's in the wrong direction
There's always someone fucking hanging on
Can anybody help me make things better?"

It seems apparent that they are drifting apart, and it is more his fault than hers. Maybe it's because of his rock star lifestyle or touring. Maybe it's a drug problem. Who knows, but he appears to be aware that he is changing and feels helpless to stop it.

"Your tears don't fall, They crash around me" Shows that she is probably alive, because if she was dead she wouldn't be crying. I think he is saying that he knows that he crushed her, and that it is weighing heavy on him.

"The moments died, I hear no screaming
The visions left inside me are slowly fading"
This could suggest how in relationships the closeness and good times die without one or both partners being fully conscious about it, and not fighting to stop it. THe visions left inside may suggest that he is beginning to forget who he was before (maybe before touring alot or being recognized).

To me, the sound sounds like a lonely guy who made a mistake in a relationship that he regrets. I guess the interpretation is up to the listener, but I don't think it's about murder.
