The story of SYMPHORCE begins in October 1998! Singer Andy
B. Franck formed his own band to write songs "straight from
the heart, right into your face", he said! The band´s name,
a symbiosis of "Symphony" and "Force" shows Andys
preference for "game of words" and is the best expression
for the musical direction and what SYMPHORCE is all about:
Power and Melody!

Already a few months later, Andy presented his new band and
got fantastic reception and great reviews to SYMPHORCE´s
first release on Noise Records. "Truth To Promises" (1999)
brought them on a support tour as special guests for
MERCYFUL FATE. Right after the tour Andy had to replace two
