Sulk Lyrics - Radiohead
Review The Song (1)
You bite through the big wall, the big wall bites back
You sit there and sulk, you sit there and bawl
You look so pretty, when you're on your knees
Disaffected, and eager to please
Sometimes you sulk, sometimes you burn
God rest your soul
When the loving's come but we're already gone
Just like your dad, you'll never change
Each time it comes, it eats me alive
I try to behave, but it eats me alive
So I declare a holiday
Fall asleep, drift away
Sometimes you sulk, sometimes you burn
God rest your soul
When the loving's come but we're already gone
Just like your dad, you'll never change
Sometimes you sulk, sometimes you burn
God rest your soul
When the loving's come but we're already gone
Just like your dad, you'll never change
You sit there and sulk, you sit there and bawl
You look so pretty, when you're on your knees
Disaffected, and eager to please
Sometimes you sulk, sometimes you burn
God rest your soul
When the loving's come but we're already gone
Just like your dad, you'll never change
Each time it comes, it eats me alive
I try to behave, but it eats me alive
So I declare a holiday
Fall asleep, drift away
Sometimes you sulk, sometimes you burn
God rest your soul
When the loving's come but we're already gone
Just like your dad, you'll never change
Sometimes you sulk, sometimes you burn
God rest your soul
When the loving's come but we're already gone
Just like your dad, you'll never change

erotic and passionate | Reviewer: Bruce | 10/10/12
Love this song; incomprehensible from a purely lyrical point of view but at the same time the images are visceral and (well, like a lot of Radiohead songs) it's got a real bite to it. It seems very erotic (again, like a number of their songs) but it's obviously much more, touching on a myriad of emotions, such as regret and acceptance (at least, that's how I see it) . Great song.
