The album is a taken as a theme for a comic, The Unforgiving. It's about people who slipped into sin and were cursed as vampires and the like as a result. Each is given a chance to redeem themselves by using their curse to fight evil and to change their hearts. This song is about one that lost their love and want to be reunited. They have "fought the fight" and want "their angel" (loved one but aren't sure if they have done enough to be forgiven and fear they may never see them. In seven seconds, the sun will rise and they will perish and then they will know if it is damned for eternity or reunited in heaven.

I think the meaning of the song could be this: for me it's a love song. When Sharon sings "my angel is coming down from heaven to take me", then she may thinks for her "love" who died, and she misses him. Until she's not in heaven, she cannot be happy without the "right part" of her. She can't understand it's a fortune to see him almost in every seconds wanting take her away, or a curse to be not happy on the Earth. So, she's wondering, she will ever find the starway the the skies which through she can reach the heaven and reunite with her love.

I love this song so,so much that i put it on repeat. I think Sharon sings amazingly and all the other members did amazing job. The riffing was perfect. Though they say it's a bit different from other album they've made, and i thought, oh no, what kind of music r they going to make. But when the album was released, what a relief. There is still signs that they've been famous for, symphonic metal. I thought no symphonic act. Love this song and the band. WT rocks! But what is the meaning of this song? Can anybody tell me???
