I assume that the reason he named this song is because he feels like all life is worth anymore is to breathe. The line does say, "Feel a need to breathe and leave on my own." All he wants is more control and he can't even control his breathing habits. So, perhaps this is why.
I love Sonata Artica. <3 This is the most amazing band ever! I find a lot of my own feelings in his lyrics. I found myself having a little crush on the band. (; Lol.

I think the song is very clear, to me at least, I see it as imprisoned wolves, I don't know why, maybe because wolves is what first came to my mind. But then again it could be about anything that's imprisoned; human beings could be one of them. But the one thing that screams "wolf" in this song is where it says "Howl with me" ...

This song is, for me, about an abusive relationship. It makes me think of this demon girl i had a relationship with. All fun and games until it's not. I was basically stuck into it, and no matter how much I tried, I couldn't get out. Because I didn't want to, while I wished too. Kinda like this song. This happens allot since the abuser lowers the self-esteem and self-respect of the abused, leaving him/her behind with the thought it's their fault and they don't deserve any better.

All you emotional people out there who're obsessive about someone (like some comments i read here), you are ready to abuse or be abused. Do yourself a favor before you're stuck in a nightmare and search the net for "abusive relationships" and "qualities of a healthy relationship". If I can save at least someone from the nightmare I was in, I'm already glad ;)

Ummm i doubt pinokio ever had a kingdom to give away, and he DID become a real kid later, heart and everything. So ill go with the idea that a king is just feeling lonely and wants a heart to love, and to be loved back.....
