Hi everyone! Welcome to my website. I drew everything you see around here and some really cool animators brought it to life! Keep coming back because this is just the beginning - soon I'll have tons of music and other cool stuff to share. Until then, here is a little bit about me: Skye Sweetnam is really my real name! I was named after an island in Scotland called the "Isle of Skye" where my ancestors came from. My first crush was... would you believe The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when I was little!? I grew up listening to Enya, the Cranberries, Genesis, Weezer and many songs from musicals such as Cats and Les Misérables. Now I love everything from Coldplay to Outkast, horror film scores to The Distillers, Led Zeppelin to No Doubt, and Pantera to Mozart. More... She posseses a punk/rock intensity with a fun girlish independance. Skye represents streangth and independence which is so absent from american culture. I am flatterd about the song...but please tell me who wrote it...I was named by Ali Akbar Khan and Sharada is the goddess of music, etc. So I am also a song writer and the only thing is trhe mispronumciation which I am sure might have been the intention of the writer. I used to space out in class while choregraphing a show in my head, I have trouble falling asleep, unique and ambitous and independant. I am flatterd, you embody a lot of what I represented to this person. Remember, Sharada is the Goddess of music, knowledge, learning, creativity...
