Shadow of Your Smile Lyrics
Artist(Band):Frank Sinatra
Review The Song (2)Print the Lyrics
The shadow of your smile
When you have gone.
Will colour all my dreams
And light the dawn.

Look into my eyes, my love, and see
All the lovely things you are to me.

Our wistful little star
Was far too high.
A teardrop kissed your lips,
And so did I.

Now when I remember spring,
And every lovely thing,
I will be remembering
The shadow of your smile.
Your lovely smile.

Shadow -- Oh Yes He Did | Reviewer: Deanna Stone | 1/21/09

Regarding comment of anonymous 10/1/2007, Frank Sinatra DEFINITELY did perform this song with these lyrics. It was playing on the radio the day I found out my favorite uncle died. Loss made me cry then and the lyrics make me cry to this very day. And remember, one man's crap is another man's fertilizer.

I doubt that Frank Sinatra ever sang this crappy version of the song in front of an audience. Very funny indeed, though, even if the rhyme is quite randomic.
