I've been using the word "selah" now for a while because of it's Fantastic meaning. It is mentioned over 43 times in the book of Psalms. In the bible, the Psalmist, who was a musician or singer, poet even, would sing to whoever...be it God...be it an earthly king or just for the sake of singing...the author/performer would say "selah" when he/she wanted someone to pay attention.
