But that is not what we are bloging about (correct me if I'm wrong). This is about the song and how good it is and what it means. I personally believe that this song is not that simple. It's rather accusing people's evil ways and how the handgun is used to acomplish it. It is probably more a lesson on how we as the human race should be more careful and more considerate of our lives and the lives of those around us. But it is not necesarily anti guns. That is different than killing - murder is an evil type of killing. If someone breaks into my house and I kill them in self-defense, it is not murder, it is justice. Handguns are very useful for self-defense - against criminals. The only handguns used to murder are those used by criminals, who, if they didn't have access to a handgun, would find another 'tool' for their murderous intent. People murdered before there were handguns, and they will still murder if handguns are banned. People murder people - not guns, guns are just a tool, which, if in the wrong hands, can be used for murder - but no more than a bat, a knife, or any other 'tool' one can think of to use.
