Saturday Morning Lyrics
Artist(Band):Harry Chapin
Review The Song (1)Print the Lyrics
Saturday morning and it's growing light.
I look out my window and remember the night.
The story is starting and this story ends
And I feel like I need you again.

Time used to mose softly when I was at home.
It went on without me, and left me alone.
Now it's sits at my shoulder and claws at my hand
And I feel like I need you again.

Chorus:
<Oooh>
A song needs a reason and rhyme.
<Oooh>
My love needs a little more time.

Well, I recall September, and leaves turned brown
Remember October, left leaves on the ground.
And here comes December like an elderly friend.
And I feel like I need you again.

Chorus

Review about Saturday Morning

"Saturday Morning" by Harry Chapin | Reviewer: Darla J. Rogers | 5/29/2007

It is one of the most stunningly beautiful yet sad songs I have ever heard; the music arrangements fit the lyrics and the vocals perfectly. I do not think I will ever grow tired of this song.
