Originally from Sydney Australia, Sam moved with his family
to Pasadena at the impressionable age of 10 years old where
he was first introduced to the world of gospel by his
Minister father. It was at church where Sam learnt he could
sing and he soon attracted a plethora of high profile
admirers such as Chaka Khan who was amazed that the little
white boy who went to their church could sing.
Needing no further encouragement, as soon as he was old
