Until Sally I was never happy
I needed so much more
Rain clouds oh they used to chase me
Down they would pour
Join my tears
Allay my fears tend to me from heaven
Sally Cinnamon
You are my world
I pop pop pop blow blow bubble gum
You taste of Cherryade
There is something here you must show me
From what you are made
Sugar and spice
And all things nice
tend to me from heaven
Sally Cinnamon
You are my world
Your eyes are gazing back from
Every little piece of glass
You seem to smile from every place
Sally Cinnamon
You are my world
Then I put the letter back in
The place where it was found
in a pocket in a jacket
On a train in town
tend to her from heaven
Sally Cinnamon
Your her world

Review about Sally Cinnamon Timeless Masterclass of an LP | Reviewer: Concrete Daffoddills Est 1991 | 3/20/2008
This song is a Roses classic, the melody is soulful the lyrit are inspiring, Brown & Squire both at the top of thier class on this track. In light of the previous review, this song is far from experinces with drugs. This song is a love song, its uplifting its from the heart. I suspect its the anticipation and feeling when your young and looking for love, its about hope and the feeling of never giving up. The letter being put back in the pocket, is when you say to yourself their is love out there, you just have to have a bit of belief "be positive".

Once again Ian Brown & co have created another masterpiece... catchy & tuneful melody, appealing words...obviously a celebration of Ecstacy and its effects, but hey, we've all been there... maybe thats why it is so appealing...
