The first few times I heard this song, I hated it. Some of the lyrics sounded contrived and stupid, but then something happened. For whatever reason, I started liking the song more, and I almost thought of it as having an 80s rock feel.

I love how when you hear this song and read the lyrics you kind of are like...umm, EMO much? But then, when you actually get into what Hanson is all about, and the short poem they have in their album, you see that it is not about suicide-- its about passion for music!! Each courageous step a musician takes onto a stage, is like a cut and they wear the scars as badges of honour...don't conform, be your own self.

This song is totally amazing. But it would be a lot better if they would fix the lyrics. I corrected them a couple of months ago and they still haven't been fixed.
