The "shoot the kids at school" line is intended somewhat seriously, as a statement to the "normal" teenagers who pick on kids so much they do things like what happened at columbine and VT. Stza is basically saying that the "normal" kids are worthless and should be killed off. Overall, this song is somewhat of an autobiography, much like other songs from these bands. Stza really did drop out of school at the age of 16, started "squattin, drinkin, and hoppin trains". Mr. waters, you are exactly the type of people that stza thinks should be killed off from this earth (i agree too).
