Ray Price Lyrics
"His timeless music, incredible voice, and innovative
genius have yet to be equalled by any other singer in
today's country-music world."
Ray Price is one of American music's truly great stars. He
was inducted into Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame in
1996, but has long shown his genius in other genres as
well. After more than a half-century in the business, Ray
can still belt out a song with the best of them, whether

------ About the song Happy Birthday To You Our Lord performed by Ray PriceI have been a fan of Ray Price since back in the early 50's. I have all his records. I have been to several of his concerts and he never fails to please the crowd with some of his oldies. He is just a good singing with full orchrestar but this song "Happy Birthday to you our Lord" is a masterpiece in my openion. I listened to several versions of the song and his is by far the best.
I"ll Be There (If you get lonely) | Reviewer: Pete
------ About the song I'll Be There (If You Get Lonely) performed by Ray PriceI bought this 78 record in about 1957 also. I played it over and over. I has always been one of my favorite Ray Price songs, but can't think of any off hand that I don't like. Ray has the same magic as Jim Reeves. It's hard to believe (1) that he is 86 and (2) He is still on the road doing shows.
my mother's favorite singer. | Reviewer: John MacLean
------ About the song The Other Woman performed by Ray Pricehe just keep's getting better, i hope i get to see him in my lifetime, but he would have to come to Halifax n.s. for that to happen, but i play him everday on youtube, there's nobody like him, those voice's only come around once or twice in a lifetime.
18 again | Reviewer: David Wright
------ About the song I Wish I Was Eighteen Again performed by Ray PriceI only ever heard this song once, the George Burns version, on a television show, years ago.
Unless my memory is playing tricks on me, I seem to remember the lines, "Going where I'd never gone before, doing what I'd never done before, I wish I was eighteen again".
The Ray Price and George Burns versions are very similar on internet, but
I'll Be There (If you get lonely) | Reviewer: Anonymous
------ About the song I'll Be There (If You Get Lonely) performed by Ray PriceNot to be confused with Ray's hit I'll Be There (If you ever want me) I first heard this song in the 50's on a 78. It has been one of my favorite Ray Price songs since. If you get a chance, find it and listen to it.
Right Words | Reviewer: cowgirl@shawneelink.net
------ About the song Way To Free Myself performed by Ray PriceWhat strange power do you have that rules this heart of mine
That controls this beating for you darlin all the time
If I can keep you off my mind for just a day or two
Then I'll find away to free myself from you
I will find a way to free myself I know I will
Then the very thought of you no more will bring a thrill
If I could keep you off my mind for just a day or two
Then I'll find a way to free myself from you
(Steel - Fiddle)
I will find a way to fre myself I know I will
Then the very thought of you no more will come a Chill
If I can keep you off my mind for just a day or two
Then I'll find a way to free my self from you
I will find a way to free myself from you

A Classic Song! | Reviewer: Pastor L
------ About the song Until Then performed by Ray PriceThis is a powerful song. It seems lost amidst all of the more contemporary music today. However, it is the song that best tells of the Christian's ulitimate duty and eternal destination.
