Three little birds sat on my window
And they told me i don't need to worry
Summer came like cinnamon, so sweet
Little girls double-dutch on the concrete
Maybe sometimes, we got it wrong, but its alright
The more things seem to change, the more they stay the same
Oh, dont you hesitate
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams
Just go ahead, let your hair down
You're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow
Blue as the sky, sunburnt (sunburned) and lonely,
Sipping tea in a bar by the roadside,
(Just relax, just relax)
Don't you let those other boys fool you
Gotta love that afro hair-do
Maybe sometimes, we feel afraid, but it's alright
The more you stay the same, the more they seem to change
Don't you think it's strange?
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams
Just go ahead, let your hair down
You're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow
Trust more than I could take, pity for pity's sake
Some nights kept me awake, I thought that I was stronger
When you gonna realize that you don't even have to try any longer?
Do what you want to!
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams,
Just go ahead, let your hair down
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams,
Just go ahead, let your hair down

I am 60 yrs. old grandmother and just heard this song on the radio. Stopped the car, wrote down the name and google it. I am downloading it on my CD burner. Loved it, it reminds me of the good old days when you just had THE song THAT you just hum all day. Thank Corinne.

i really like this song, theres something abt her voice that makes me smile i feel all bubbly inside she is so gorgeous and i just want to do it w/her
Love this song espciailly the way Corinne sings it. When Antonella barbara sang it i freaked. 1. because it is one of my fav songs 2. because she sang it really badly 3. beacuse she changed the last note and did the last note dreadfully. I am so glad Simon told her off SERVES HER RIGHT FOR SINGING THIS SONG

This song's so good , and her voice as well. I feel so comfortable everytime I hear the song
First of all, I think the track is great. I got hooked when I heard the song on the radio. When I saw her video, I got hooked again. She has a look of innocence that matches well with her soft sweet voice. Warning: Don't look into her eyes because you'll get lost in them.
