Review about Protest The Hero songs
Bad drumming? | Reviewer: Marcel
------ About the song Blindfolds Aside performed by Protest The Hero

I'm a drummer since 13 years and you want to tell me that he is a bad drummer who does always the same. It sounds like you don't really know anything about drumming. He is incredible. Creative, technical and musical unbelievable. Listen to the new album, there is it more than obvious!

Ay oh I find it funny that you say they our outta talent yet this is on their first album that they made when they were 16. And trust me, if you really just judge bands on their drummer than I gotta say, you should change your interests cuz that's a weird way to judge a band lol

sure, oh yeah, sure sure, you got it | Reviewer: ay yo
------ About the song Blindfolds Aside performed by Protest The Hero

yes yes you all know what it means, I'm so sure of that. blah blah. can't even interpret your own lives, how can you interpret someone else's? typical scales and the same fucking punk drum beat through every song. but hey the're popular, I guess that means they're good. patterned, and predictable. no more talent left.

------ About the song Blindfolds Aside performed by Protest The Hero

This song is still unbelievable to this day. I mean the lyrics are superb, and the delivery is perfection. When I listen to it, I really get the sense of the inner battle the prison exectutioner is dealing with in regards to Kezia, which is a reflection of Rody's delivery and the band's epic instrumentation. It's almost on par with watching an intense, emotional movie, it paints the picture that well.

What this song is about. | Reviewer: Erik
------ About the song Turn Soonest To The Sea performed by Protest The Hero

The song is about gender [aka masculine and feminine] and how men crown themselves as strong, independent, and superior to women. While women are weak, dependent, and emotional. Women are under pressure of the media to look perfect and attract men hence "Your flesh means more than you."

Arif is the one who made those lyrics,i think he's just saying that instead of worrying about aliens etc.we should be worrying about human actions that cause harm to other people, like pollution war etc.

It's easy to see this song is about aliens and how Rody Walker believes they exist but they mean us no harm and the only thing any human should be afraid is another human because in fact, we're the ones that cause the most harm to our society and people.

------ About the song Sequoia Throne performed by Protest The Hero

This is not saying that the "elite group" control the media. That is conspiracy bull, American media is open.
There isn't a "government conspiracy".
To me, this song talks about how humans have a tendency to hurt themselves, pollution, faith, politics. The song suggests that we'll all end up fighting amount ourselves until our "end".

Friggin' amazing! | Reviewer: Anonymous
------ About the song Bloodmeat performed by Protest The Hero

This song is absolute brilliance! Catchy riff, bass tapping, rhythm and lead guitars tapping in tandem and a complex time signature to boot. I can't think of anything more that this song could possibly have!
PtH are bloody brilliant!

------ About the song Sequoia Throne performed by Protest The Hero

This song to me reveals that no UFO will do us harm, nor will demons. We will do harm to ourselves & this planet as well. Our elite, the illuminati-these people run our media. With this they can make us believe anything the news broadcasts cause we as humans continuously fail to question. Humans are the only species known to be detrimental to themselves. Wars prove this.
