hometown of Lynchburg, Virginia, where he'd been studying
Business Administration at James Madison University. He's
been performing and writing songs ever since.
Phil was signed to EMI Music Publishing in 1996. He's had

I'm a huge Phil Vassar fan and this should've been a single.
We all go through a time when we're with the person we thought was "the one". Down the road, we find a box of mementos and the memories are a fuzzy and no longer painful. The "wheres and the whens that meant so much then have gracefully move along." I think he says it so perfectly. I am recovering from a break up and know the day will come when I will look at those things and not feel so much pain.
