Peter, Paul & Mary PP M& (LifeLines) Album

My first exposure to this great album was on NPR when they featured "Home Is Where The Heart Is". It was also a PBS special featuring many of the classic folk artists that influenced Peter Paul and Mary. I love this Album and it has become one of my favorites. "For the Love of it All" is one of the best tracks, featuring Emmylou Harris. Written by Paul Stookey, it encapulates his faith very eloquently and without a preachy tone. Richie Havens guests, as well as Judy Collins, and Carly Simon (and her sister Lucy) Listen to this album; without a doubt it plainly demonstrates why Peter Paul and Mary would annually sell out two concerts at the "Wolftrap" near Washington DC. I saw them there twice, luckily. Both times the audience was on their feet at the BEGINNING of the concert. I stand in my heart each time I hear this album. Enjoy the beauty of the music, the simple arrangements, the heartfelt vocals. There isn't muc better than what you will hear on "Lifelines."
