The combination of the disturbing, ominous lyrics, and the musical soundscapes created by the dark tones and sweeping effects make it really different and eerie. I don't think Devoto actually says, "I will drug you and fuck you", though. If you listen to the original recording, it sound more like "I will drug you in a total [indistinct]...". But the fuck you line fits more with the song, and Devoto's classic creepiness.
