And i have to agree...this song is amazing. I went and bought the album the morning it came out. And i also got the live album they put out shortly thereafter. It lacks nothing whatsoever; the intensity, the feeling, and the energy are all there. It's heavy but there's still a message to be felt. Disturbed is undoubtedly one of the best nu metal/progressive metal bands out there. I would expect that they will only become more creative in the future and continue to live beyond expectations. Criticism here is unneeded. I actually find The Night to be my personal favorite on the album. But still, solid all around. If you find something wrong with this album, perhaps you haven't analyzed yourself lately. Last, the new bassist does a fantastic job doing what bassists typically do: complement the guitar. But it's not a step in the right direction, it's just another step on the road they are already on. This album does promise to be more intense, and from the songs already released, it is proving to be just that. They are doing as all good bands do and becoming greater with every album they release(given that their sophmore album, Believe, lacked many things and left much to be desired) and as I have said, it's not a step in the right direction, just another step on their current path. Distiurbed will no doubt be very successful with this album and there is no doubt that their fanbase will grow more and they will be criticized more. But for any of you who have ever been to a concert where they have played ten thousand fists you know what energy they create and hopefully this album will create as much if not more. I will leave it at this: simply amazing, even after being Inside The Fire, they are still Indestructible. You have to realize that "Perfect Insanity" is just a teaser track and isn't even the going to be the first single from the new album, the same way that "Guarded" was released as a teaser track for "Ten Thousand Fists". You may actually get more than you wish for IF you are patient.... Perfect Insanity(i'm talking about the new one released a few days ago and is available on their website) is an awesome song and it was a really good idea to re-record it as the old version being among their first few songs was that cool.
