This was our wedding song in 1997. My husband passed away in 2003. I don't hear the song played on the radio much.(Not in Years!) Well, it came on the radio yesterday when my daughter and I were on our way home from visiting family! I had to pull the car over because I was crying so much! My husband was my guardian angel letting me know he was with us for the 5 hour drive home from Tenessee to Alabama. This song is BEAUTIFUL!

I absolutely love this song. I lived in Alberta for three months one winter and the scenery is breathtaking. However, I'm Nova Scotia born and bred and I could never live anywhere else. When I hear this song and sing along, in my mind, I'm singing about Nova Scotia. This will always be my home. We may not have the Rocky Mountains and the Chinook wind, but we have everything else, including the coal mines. I think what Brandt does is make us all appreciate the place we love, home, and regardless if you are Alberta Bound or Nova Scotia Bound, we have one big beautiful diverse country here north of the 49th.

I'm from Alberta and this song for me when im coming back from where ever it is i was
this song just makes me feel so relaxed like everything is going to be ok
although at the same time it makes me home sick.....
however i do have to say that these lyrics are terrible i mean i know the song well enough to know that these are NOT right like seriously if you have ever heard that song you would that these lyrics are SOOO off its not even funny

Well it seems that Mr. Paul Brandt did it again, the song Didn't Even see the Dust, i'd say is probably one of his best songs yet! the first time that i heard it i was driving, when it came on i almost went off the road, i loved it, it gave me goosebumps, now i just can't get enough of it!
