Green Day Panic Song Lyrics

Last updated: 10/07/2011 11:00:00 AM

Ready for a cheap escape
On the brink of self destruction
Widespread panic

Broken glass inside my head
Bleeding down these thoughts of
Anguish... mass confusion

Well the world is a sick machine
Breeding a mass of shit
With such a desolate conclusion
Fill the void with... I don't care

There's a plague inside of me
Eating at my disposition
Nothing's left

Torn out of reality
Into a state of no opinion
Limp with hate

Well the world is a sick machine
Breeding a mass of shit
With such a desolate conclusion
Fill the void with... I don't care

I wanna jump out (4x)

You do know that it's not Billie Joe who says that "Everyone's so full of shit", it's the Jesus of Suburbia who's saying that. Billie Joe does sing it, but he's merely playing a character. Anyway, this is an awesome song!

Green day is beyond amazing.
I feel so alone but i feel like they understand, its them who keep me alive. My journals are filled with their lyrics cause most of their songs relate to me/what i feel.
And like jesus of suburbia says everyone is sooo full of fucking shit!!!!! Their songs have meaning, depth and emtion and most of all inpiration to break yourself from everyone and be different, cause babeee there is nothing wrong with me, this is how im supposed to be.
Green day is boss, green day is king, green day is a fucking legend!

Green Day ROCKS. | Reviewer: Lisa | 2/6/10

I love this song! I love listening to it because of the awesome riff at the beginning. This is the way punk rock should be. Green Day is amazing, and Insomniac is one of their best albums (after Dookie).
