Pan Lyrics
Artist(Band):Paul Weller
Review The Song (1)Print the Lyrics
He is not the God of creation
But he is the Lord
Of the morning light
And with his song
That floats on up
Through the daybreak
It is he that
Will stay daylong

Through the dawns early mists
That rise with the river
Through the sound of the world
Once more awake
You can feel
His presence strong
As forever as once more
The ice of night time melts

Give way the day
Give way the day
As we start again

Is he not the God of creation
Is he not the God of creation
Is he not the God of creation

Review about Pan

Great song | Reviewer: lord of the morning light:-) | 6/6/2006

I must say that i'm surprised with quality of paul weller's new album...I am not his fan(i loved 'You do something to me')but this album is realy one of most interesting albums i have heard this year. And 'PAN'-this is realy little masterpiece-short song with rich harmony('the beatles' reminiscence,i think),interesting production(sound of piano and strings with organ???(i am not sure),realy great text, paul's spiritual interpretation...---This song is evidence that pop music sometimes can reach mretaphisical areas...GREAT!!!
