Oceansize exist for devotees of minimalism, maximalism, the uncompromising and the intriguingly unique. They were conceived quietly in the minds of five young men strategically placed around the UK and are currently based in Manchester. Although unwilling to disclose their influences, Oceansize have a deep respect for the following: Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Can, Cardiacs, Jane's Addiction, (early) Verve, Swervedriver, The Beach Boys and Tortoise.
