how to judge bleach | Reviewer: quie | 3/30/12
bleach is my favourite album of nirvana, but i am not the one to judge if it's the best or not.one time i was setting up to kill myself, and it's this album which i listened to at the time over and over again, and i suddenly realized nothing would kill me if i try not to kill anything.
and i felt this album is positive since then.
Love it | Reviewer: Anonymous | 3/24/12
When I first heard of Bleach, I didn't exepected much. I thought it would of been a nice little album that I would listen to once in a while. But then came the day I bought it, and I could not put this down for a week! I loved almost everything about it. The simple songs, the negetivity, the style, you get the point. If you like nirvana for it's high energy, then you should pick this up!

this is the best best best nirvanas album!!! Kurt Cobain is the best singer and guitarist on the worl, Krist Novoselic is he best basist on the world and Dave Grohl is the best drumer on the world. Kurt Cobain always live in heart his fans!

i think that this album is very good but by far from the muddy banks of wiskah is the best in my point of perspective. nirvana is the best. kurt cobain will live on in music and in peoples hearts. he is missed dearly.
peace, love, nirvana
Bleached | Reviewer: KC Hyde | 2/18/10
This is by far the best Nirvana album ever released, even when compared to the multi-platinum Nevermind. Not only does it show his talents full-on, but it's also key to the creation of Nevermind, Incesticide, and In Utero. Kurt was definitely a lyrical genius as well as a musical mastermind, and Bleach is paramount to this by displaying his original vision for Nirvana.
bleach | Reviewer: monkey on a wire | 2/16/09
bleach is indeed a masterpiece, especially in the context of punk. It is probably nirvana's most pure album in the sense that it is grunge at its grittiest and most basic - without all of the prog rock and excessive riffs that grunge came to be known for as the 90's moved on.
Hidden in plain sight | Reviewer: Steve Granata | 12/31/08
Nirvana's first release Bleach is a must have. It is an excercise in the art of simplicity. The push and pull of brute force guitar is Black Sabbath gone punk. Kurt's voice is ripe and you can hear him biting off his tounge that is placed firmly in cheek to deliver pissed satire. Once again the prophets at SUB POP birth a monster messiah.
