This is a great song. Yes, it is reminiscent of the Sundays,but that it is okay. She was quoted as being a Sundays fan at about the time the album came out. I am a big Sundays fan, but I like this song a lot too.

If you don't like the song, it's okay, but if you DESPISE it, why comment the lyrics? Immature much? Such posts are made for forums.

Natalie never pretended this to be 100% original. Who knows, she might a great fan of The Sundays, too. She has a lovely voice, she certainly didn't steal that.

Why don't you people go back and listen to The Sundays and stop pretending everyone is here to steal everything from every band. Natalie's song doesn't hurt anyone's ears. It's nice enough.

Lyrically well composed..insrtumental and vocal..and a perfect acoustic intro...
Really grabbed my attention in high school. I had seriously fallen in love with a sweet boy who was my best friend..until I realized he really wasn't.. :/ I was just some trophy gf he had coveted after. Blech.. boys will be boys and given their predisposed nature they're bound to break young girls hearts...mine being fragile. His "holy light" exposed the constant lies, cheatings (dated my female bff..among others), and mind manipulations (convinced other males to loathe me especially those who took an interest in me) which left me "naked on the floor"...Yes. It is about rape. Emotional rape that is.

This song is really sweet. I really love the beginning portion of the song, the beats. The song as a whole is really nice. I don't know why this song is not so famous. But it should be. I really love the tone.

This song ROCKS.

Ednaswap is now one of my favorite bands. I love Ann Previn's vocals on this song, how you can tell that she knows what she's talking about. I also like how she has an alto voice, you hear way too many sopranos on the radio these days.

Anyway, this song is great, and I encourage everyone to check out Wacko Magneto and listen to the original version of this amazing song.

It's one thing to include INFLUENCES from other bands in your music, like a tip of the hat to your heros.

It's quite something else to record a song which 100%, from top to bottom, is nothing but an amalgam of sounds from another band.

And that is what this ugly second-rate ripoff is.

The song screams nothing but "This is supposed to be the Sundays. I am supposed to be Harriet Wheeler" for 3 minutes and 24 seconds. It's not influenced by the Sundays. It simply out and out IS the Sundays, in everything but the name. Which is the worst affront of all.

Oh, I think the lyrics are just real.. it really happens.. when people change.. and you got torn.. natalie's voice is very sweet and expressive, so I think that is perfect for this song.. and the video is just the same.. simple, sad but true.. it happens, and everything falls like a TV set when the program is over.. Totally love this song! >:3!
