I think every second of the song is great, even the "screaming". The song is very emotional and the way he wants to express it is through the screaming. But thats my opinion, I think its a beautiful song.

Just found the lyrics to this song and have been looking for awhile. MMJ is a gem of a band that most of mainstream America has not yet figured out. Jim James is a young, brilliant and genius singer/songwriter/guitarist who will someday finally be recognized as one of rocks all time greats. Strong word of praise you say? Just listen to his hypnotic and mesmerizing voice and listen to all not just one or two but all of the bands CD's and you will listen to many of them over and over again. Like a snack, I keep gong back for more. I'm a rocker from the early 70's raised on The Who, Cream, Zeppelin etc and never, EVER thought at middle age I would find a band that I would rank as a favorite of mine right next to those legends. MMJ may be completely different type of music genre than those bands but for pure musical enjoyment and pleasure I don't find a difference between them.

One of the most beautiful songs I've heard in recent memory, "Where to Begin" took me in from the first listen. The chord progression is simple and understated; however, the guitar strumming at the change between verses is dramatic and gives the listener a sense of pressing on through life's trials. Tear-jerking and proud at the same time. Excellent piece of music!

music is an art, your hardly gonna rate Mozart's symphonies from 1 to 10, youd be a fool, who doesn't feel what music is about.
I know, some music still sucks, and it's not art, nor music, like Frans Bauer from my place, and all that loveless frustation-rap-stuff from your place.

But this is music. And it's good. But reviewing is hard, depends more on the reviewer than on the music. I know, i'm annoying, but aren't at least little right?:)
