Mosh Lyrics - Eminem

Review The Song (43)

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
And to the Republic for which it stands
One nation under God
Indivisible with liberty and justice for all...
It feels so good to be back..

I scrutinize every word, memorize every line
I spit it once, refuel, re-energize and rewind
I give sight to the blind, my insight through the mind
I exercise my right to express when I feel it's time
It's just all in your mind, what you interpret it as
I say to fight, you take it as I'mma whip someone's ass
If you don't understand, don't even bother to ask
A father who has grown up with a fatherless past
Who has blown up now to rap phenomenon that has
Or at least shows no difficulty multi-task
And in juggling both perhaps mastered his craft
sponsored links
Slash entrepreneur who has helped launch a few more rap acts
Who's had a few obstacles thrown his way through the last half
Of his career typical manure moving past that
Mr. kisses ass crack, he's a class act
Rubber band man, yea he just snaps back

[Chorus:]
Come along follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength
Come with me and I won't steer you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fog
To the light at the end of the tunnel
We gonna fight, we gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march
Through the swamp, we gonna mosh through the marsh
Take us right through the doors (c'mon)

All the people up top on the side and the middle
Come together lets all bomb and swamp just a little
Just let it gradually build from the front to the back
All you can see is a sea of people some white and some black
Don't matter what color, all that matters we gathered together
To celebrate for the same cause don't matter the weather
If it rains let it rain, yea the wetter the better
They ain't gonna stop us they can't, we stronger now more than ever
They tell us no we say yea, they tell us stop we say go
Rebel with a rebel yell, raise hell we gonna let em know
Stomp, push, shove, mush, Fuck Bush, until they bring our troops home (c'mon)

[Chorus]

Imagine it pouring, it's raining down on us
Mosh pits outside the oval office
Someone's tryina tell us something,
Maybe this is God just sayin' we're responsible
For this monster, this coward,
That we have empowered
This is Bin Laden, look at his head noddin'
How could we allow something like this without pumping our fists
Now this is our final hour
Let me be the voice in your strength and your choice
Let me simplify the rhyme just to amplify the noise
Try to amplify the times it, and multiply by six...
Teen million people, Are equal at this high pitch
Maybe we can reach alqueda through my speech
Let the president answer a higher anarchy
Strap him with an Ak-47, let him go, fight his own war
Let him impress daddy that way
No more blood for oil, we got our own battles to fight on our own soil
No more psychological warfare, to trick us to thinking that we ain't loyal
If we don't serve our own country, we're patronizing a hero
Look in his eyes its all lies
The stars and stripes, they've been swiped, washed out and wiped
And replaced with his own face, Mosh now or die
If I get sniped tonight you know why,
Cause I told you to fight.

[Chorus]

And as we proceed,
To Mosh through this desert storm,
In these closing statements, if they should argue
Let us beg to differ
As we set aside our differences
And assemble our own army
To disarm this Weapon of Mass Destruction
That we call our President, for the present
And Mosh for the future of our next generation
To speak and be heard
Mr. President, Mr. Senator
Do you guy's hear us...hear us...[laughing] (Hailie)

when in the world did 1st graders have political views? Much less, say cussing for a reason? Exactly so i suppose you're the 1st grader for not understanding the point of this song or the point of being an american. He doesn't hate america. He hates Bush and who doesn't? He let a bunch of american solders die for something that was misguided. The main reason we retaliated is because he thought they had weapons of mass destruction. Spoiler: They didn't.

Obama aint nothing better | Reviewer: Curtis Bowman | 7/25/12

I love what the words say but we havent had a president rallying to keep us together in fight since Kennedy; and he was truly a democrat and humanitarian, nothing like the swamp ratts that we have had in the past or the swamp ratts that we have living in the White House Now. Good message but I dont think its the public that needs to listen to it, its the professionally paid politicians that take from us no matter what party they represent; because for sure, they, none of them truly represent the people that live in this country any longer. 8 million dollar in revenues Mr. Obama isnt a shabby economy, at least not for you, just another one of the fat cats getting fatter. So look at my birds while I wave them in the air because you sir, truly no longer care.

all lies | Reviewer: Anonymous | 5/6/10

to shelby lynn. thats what makes this country the best. the freedom to exercise human rights and to police the world. too bad 9/11 was faked to set forth the new world order. obama is just as bad and so will whoever we elect in 2012. u dont elect joe shmo to become the leader of the world. its been planned... since the beginning. bush was doing what he was told to by the men who put him in power. same with obama. Rememeber jfk? head blown off. jfk didnt listen to his leaders and look what happened. but otherwise yes, this song is very touching. the part about blood for oil. i was an airman.

what? | Reviewer: WOosoo | 3/2/10

are you stupid shelby lynn? How he is hating you dumb fuk. he hates how Bush has no brain and what he chose. He chose to cell his soul to be famouse and rap what they give him. He regrets what he did. Go listen to "my darling"

The real deal !!! | Reviewer: hussein | 3/30/08

When i first heard "mosh" i felt that it realy touches the reality of the aria in which i live. I'm living in the darkness that your "weapon of mass destruction" president have gifted us. Thank you EM. Thanks for all who participated in the clip. Sam.

Love all the opinions, some of ya'll speak from the heart... and have overthought these topics... But, some of ya'll just say something for the saying, thinking you can make a difference... but it works sideways, stupid fucks... if you don't know anything bout the war, psychological warfare,(mindcontrole shit)and how bush fucks you in the ass while you keep shut in the states. Blame Texas bitches, haha... But shut up... Dick Chenye are the stringmasters, bush a puppet... Why you think everybody, doile, rumsfelt are standing up? Fucks do the math, stop writing gibberish... EaT Eat Eat, and Read Read Read all the knowledge you can (educate the brain) or else put a dipar on you face you shit talking maggot...

NoVa (Holland, Netherlands) ...And no im not high!

but do u get what it means???? | Reviewer: devra | 11/30/07

this is the best song ever that really explains something important.u guys r all saying u can understand it but what do u think it's about??it's about all the problems that's occurring with this damn president.Eminem is saying that we all need to vote and get bush the hell out of here.look at his eyes they're all lies.i say we need to fight but ya think it means to beat someones ass.No more blood for oil,we got our own battle to fight in the soil.Fuck bush until they bring our troops home. It's like the old saying "vote or die"i think this is the main idea of the song -- peace

great | Reviewer: asdasd | 11/19/07

This song is so right. Eminem is my hero. He speaks my opinions. Bush is an ass...Eminem does good work dissing him and explaining what needs to change.

Bring our soldiers home....they is not fuckin' war...it's just Bush's mindfuck.

a response to Shelby Lynn (or anyone else against this song) | Reviewer: Andrea | 11/14/07

if you honestly think that he has got no balls, then how the fuck do you think he's got the nerve to say this shit? whether you're for it, like me, or against it, like you, we all know he's got balls. as for the swearing, it adds emphasis. have you not noticed that? people listen when you swear, because they know you've got something you really need to say. and, about him being able to run the country, i think that he would be a damn better president than this fuck-up we've got in office now.

Eminems song called mosh. | Reviewer: Kristina | 10/11/07

I totally understand what Eminem is trying to say in this song. Eminem has a great deal of respect from me. He says things I'm thinking in my head, but he conveys it so much better than I could. Good job Em!

Anyone who likes this song has 1st Grade mentality | Reviewer: shelby lynn | 9/9/07

Eminem is a typical America hater. He hates capitalism and should go move to Cuba or Iran and try to talk trash about their governments or Presidents....they would string him up by his balls(that is if he has any). He could never run this country and cannot put over a rap song without cursing.

I Pee Freely | Reviewer: I.P. Freely | 7/29/07

this song really speaks my views as well as many others views. also, it is truely one of the most powerful songs. for the people who liked this song, i recommend mass destruction by faithless. the background music is wicked too.
